A. Apply form the Organization Committee:
1. Fill out the participation Application/Contract within 3 days after you confirm your booth,then send it by email or fax to the organization committee;
2. Confirm the booth you choose with the organizer.
3. Make the fees payable in full or 50% as deposit by telegraphic transfer or in person to the organizer within 7 days after application. The balance of the payment shall be settled prior to May 31st, 2008.
4. Submit your company profile to the organizer before May 31st,2008(download the standard form for show catalogue at the 'Download Center'). The organizer shall not be reliable for any mistake should the company profile submited later than the due date.
5. The allocation of booths is on the basis of "first-come-first-served" in terms of application and payment.
6. Upon payment of all the fees, exhibitors are required to fax the stub of bank transfer to the organizer.
7. The organizer will mail the "Exhibitor's manual" to exhibitor two months before the show time. Exhibitors prepare for the exhbition, for any question to the exhibition please contact the organizer or go to the website for specific help. B. Apply Online: 1. Click Space Application button on top of the homepage, fill out the online registration form according to the facts;
2. The organizer arranges your space according to your requirement and the available spaces,send you the signed application for your confirmation.
3. Add your signature and company stamp to the application and send it back to the organizer,Make
